presenteesim

what does presenteesim mean?
this word has been heard during the class from one student in leadership module
i liked this word when i have observed the motivations beyond the presenteesim.
many research discuss the absenteeism as an controversy issue for attending the duties, but if you discuss presenteesim as an issue.. how could this phenomenon be as an issue?
well as the student said that there are many nurses in her organization do not have big influence on the quality of the work. they just come everyday to achieve their task and come back to home. there is nor progression in the environmental job being detected, neither the challenge to perform innovative mechanism is existence.
to refer this issue to the reality in kuwaiti syle job. yes i admit that the nursing body is suffering from the waste of recruitment that is evaluated well. in other words, recruit more nurses or not to recruit, still the quality of job remains same!


so what is the problem?


why there is no conceptual decision making ?


this is same to the worshiping duties
imagine an individual praying all optional prayers but still he do the negative behaviours which are not preferred by allah. so what is the point for those prayers?
her is the presenteesim during prayer is existence but unfortunatly these prayers are not play important role in its realistic mean!

relatively, ramadan almost going to be finished. has our fasting in this holy month influence as increasingly or everything going to be the same like before?
